Trademark usage rules for Sod Solutions' logos and names

1. When using any of Sod Solutions product names in written documentation (with the exception of the scenarios indicated in item 2), please use TM the first time the name is used and then it may be omitted thereafter.  Be sure and always capitalize the names EMPIRE and EMPRESS.

2. Please use ® when using the names Palmetto, EMPIRE Zoysia, EMPRESS Zoysia, Captiva St. Augustine and Celebration Bermudagrass.  Again, they only need to be used the first time.
